Slope Spectroscopy® offers a streamlined solution to many challenges associated with traditional UV spectroscopy in bioprocess analytics. This article presents case studies demonstrating its application across workflows, including protein concentration measurement, oligonucleotide quantification, plasmid DNA (pDNA) purity, mRNA and mRNA–lipid nanoparticle (LNP) analysis, colorimetric assays, and AAV analytics. The studies report highly reproducible measurements, with relative standard deviations as low as 0.2% and cross-site reproducibility within 2%. Operational benefits include up to 9 h of laboratory time saved per day in high-throughput quality control settings and up to 67% reduction in analytical cost and time compared with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Together, these examples show how Slope Spectroscopy can streamline analytical workflows and support more efficient bioprocess development and manufacturing.
