Exploring CAR-T manufacturing strategies - impact on quality, scale and cost

Live30 webinars pack the latest innovations and applications into a data-rich 30-minute session.

This webinar presents a head-to-head comparison of all-in-one and modular platforms for ex vivo CAR-T manufacturing across established 12-day and shortened 5-day workflows. Attendees will see comparative data on how each platform and process affects the critical quality attributes of the final product.

The session will also share proof-of-concept manufacturing cost estimates and experimental data from an automated, closed vial-filling system. Together, these provide a practical basis for fit-for-purpose platform and process selection.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Compare CQAs of CAR-T cells manufactured on all-in-one and modular platforms, including viability, yield, purity, transduction efficiency, memory phenotype, cytotoxicity, and cytokine release.
  • Weigh the strengths and limitations of each system in automation, closed processing, operational flexibility, and scale-up versus scale-out.
  • Review proof-of-concept direct manufacturing cost estimates for a range of all-in-one and modular workflows.
  • Evaluate data showing how automated, closed vial filling can increase fill accuracy while maintaining product quality.
