Advancing Next-Generation ADCs: Clinical Insights from the GlycoConnect® Platform & Expansion of Lonza's toxSYN® Platform

Discover how Lonza’s innovative GlycoConnect® technology, HydraSpace® technology, and toxSYN® technology are helping to shape the next generation of differentiated ADCs designed to improve the therapeutic index and unlock new possibilities in targeted medicine. Learn how these platform technologies work together to enable precise conjugation, optimized payload delivery, and refined molecule design, supporting the development of ADCs with the potential for improved efficacy and tolerability.

Gain exclusive insight into one of the industry’s most advanced ADC pipelines, featuring more than 40 GlycoConnect® technology-enabled ADC programs and clinical learnings from leading partner assets that are advancing through development. Through real-world examples and clinical insights, explore how site-specific conjugation and optimized linker-payload technologies are contributing to the evolution of ADC design and helping developers address increasingly complex therapeutic challenges.

Looking beyond today’s ADCs, this session will also cover how emerging formats are expanding the boundaries of targeted therapeutics. This includes dual-payload GlycoConnect® technology, which enables the simultaneous delivery of multiple mechanisms of action within a single ADC to help overcome resistance and enhance treatment outcomes, and advances in protein-protein conjugates are enabling novel therapeutic formats, including approaches designed to enhance blood-brain barrier (BBB) transport for treatment of CNS diseases. Together, these developments illustrate how integrated platform technologies are supporting the development of increasingly sophisticated targeted therapies and providing researchers and biopharma developers with new tools to address unmet medical needs.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Discover how GlycoConnect® technology, HydraSpace® polar spacer technology and toxSYN® linker-payload technology are shaping differentiated ADCs designed to enable improved therapeutic index
  • Understand how these platform technologies work together to support improved efficacy and tolerability through precise conjugation, optimized payload delivery, and refined molecule design
  • Get an inside look at a pipeline of 40+ GlycoConnect® technology-enabled ADCs, including clinical insights from advanced partner programs
  • Explore the future of targeted therapies including dual-payload GlycoConnect® technology to help overcome tumor heterogeneity and payload-driven tumor resistance, and expansion into protein-protein conjugates to enhance BBB crossing for CNS diseases
