Translating preclinical insights into clinical success: bench to bedside ADCs

Preclinical data can be compelling, but the path from bench to bedside in ADC development is rarely straightforward. This live podcast examines the factors that drive, and those that disrupt, successful translation across the full ADC development arc, from early discovery and preclinical modeling through IND-enabling studies to first-in-human trials and early clinical evaluation.

We will draw on direct experience of ADC programs to explore where preclinical assumptions hold, where they break down, and how those lessons are informing more robust translational strategies.

Attend this session to:

  • Discover where translational gaps most commonly emerge in ADC programs
  • Gain expert perspectives on translating preclinical pharmacology and safety data into clinical trial design
  • Explore the key decision points between preclinical and clinical development that determine whether an ADC program advances or stalls
  • Learn how early clinical readouts refine preclinical strategies and de-risk later-stage ADC development
