Enhanced ADC process development with integrated technologies

Getting an ADC process right the first time saves months of rework and materials cost at tech transfer. This webinar will bring insights into how combining real-time process analytical technology (PAT) with engineering-led conjugation chemistry gives you the process understanding needed to reduce rework, control costs, and hit transfer milestones with confidence. Attendees will see case studies of online HPLC monitoring across the reduction and conjugation steps and take away practical strategies for the application of PAT and optimizing single- and dual-payload ADC chemistry.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Shorten decision cycles by applying real-time PAT across the bioconjugation workflow, replacing slow offline testing with in-process insight
  • Improve yield and reproducibility using online HPLC case study data from the reduction and conjugation steps
  • Expand your ADC toolkit with proven strategies for optimizing conjugation chemistry, including dual-payload constructs
  • De-risk tech transfer and improved scale-up efficiencies by building deep process understanding into development from day one

Lisa McDermott
Director Process and Analytical Development at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany

Lisa joined Merck in January 2010, since then she leads the process development team to prepare bioconjugation projects to move to the manufacturing space.

Lisa brings with her over 25 years of experience in both organic synthesis and analytical sciences and has had the opportunity to contribute to many projects ranging from discovery to full development, but none have been exciting as the emergence of ADCs. She also has an extensive chromatography background with experience in integrated LC/MS screening system.
