Decoding ADC spectra for DAR measurements at warp speed on Stunner

Live30 webinars pack the latest innovations and applications into a data-rich 30-minute session.

The problem

ADC characterization by UV/Vis is a simple, rapid technique, but can hit some serious bumps in the road – especially when protein and drug absorbance spectra overlap or when extinction coefficients aren’t available. Traditional benchtop drug-antibody ratio (DAR) and concentration measurements take too long to develop, require too much sample, and can’t keep up with the throughput needed when screening tons of samples or optimizing process conditions.

The solution

For the first time, we’ll show how Stunner can decode even highly overlapping ADC UV/Vis spectra without prior drug-linker knowledge, pulling apart protein and payload contributions. New applications deliver the fastest possible UV/Vis method setup and delivery of antibody concentration, drug concentration, and DAR from just 2 µL. Pair UV/Vis reads with built-in DLS to gather size information folded into the exact same measurement – all in under a minute.

The proof

In this webinar, we’ll show how Stunner’s Unmix algorithms handle complex UV/Vis spectra from ADCs in a super-simple, lightning-fast, and sample-sparing assay. We’ll look at the different software applications Stunner delivers, discuss how they can be used up-and-down the ADC development pipeline, and how DLS helps you spot aggregation before it becomes a problem. Whether you’re screening early-stage constructs or tracking consistency across process steps, Stunner gives you fast, reliable answers for every ADC you need to decipher.

Attend this webinar to gain:

  • A fresh look at how UV/Vis measures antibody concentration, drug concentration, and DAR – even when spectra overlap or extinction coefficients are unknown.
  • A step-by-step tour of the newest Stunner ADC applications and how they streamline UV/Vis methods
  • The value of low-volume, simultaneous UV/Vis and DLS throughout ADC development.
